ANRT, Call for applications, poster
Each year, the National Institute for Typographic Research distributes a poster during their call for applications and I got to design the 2016 edition. I wanted to express the pure love for shapes that every type-enthusiastic knows, an attraction for clean Bezier curves and high contrasts. The poster was printed in white ink on coloured papers, making it difficult to differentiate shape and counter-shape. A puzzle-ish version was also produced, stepping further into abstraction while solving technical shipping-related issues.
The posters have been exhibited on several occasions and are part of the collection of the Museum für Gestaltung (Zurich, Ch).
