Candy Groove is a french music label promoting bands and organizing events in the bass music and hip-hop fields.
An exclusive display typeface, CG Limbo, has been created, which works like a tool box, easily dealing with infinite variations of weights and widths. Later came its text companion, CG Static.
Type family based on a 16th century printed book. The three fonts — three styles — are digitalized and designed in order to look harmonious. Some details and structures have been changed or shared.
The project was a way to define the historian's attitude when ‘writing’ History from what's left of it.
This project has been nominated for the Ritleng Prize 2015, featured in Étapes magazine and exhibited in Paris and Metz (Fr).
The art revue SMS (Shit Must Stop) was created by William Copley in 1968, then disappeared before the end of the same year. Each issue consisted in a portfolio of industrially reproducible pieces, exclusively created. The revue was only distributed by mail.
The exhibition Shit Must Stop Must Not Stop at the Museums Library in Strasbourg displayed a selection of some original objects, conversing with nowadays interpretations imagined and produced by art students.
